CONSERVANCIES

Part of our vision is to be good stewards of Gods creation through the restoration and maintenance of the environment and natural beauty. Therefore Wortelgat belongs to two conservancies namely:

• Kleinriviersberge Conservancy on the mountain property
• Walker Bay Fynbos Conservancy on the lagoon edge - this conservancy is in the process of developing a hiking trail and plans to reintroduce game in the next few years. Visit www.fynbos.co.za for further details
